A pupil under Maryland coach Keenan McCardell, who helped prime Stefon Diggs for instant impact in the NFL, Amba Etta-Tawo exploded onto the scene in 2016 with 14 touchdowns on 94 catches.
His senior season was so good, it earned him an invitation to the Senior Bowl and warranted enough attention for him to be viewed as one of the more draftable wideouts.
In a class loaded with complimentary-type No. 2 receivers, Etta-Tawo stands out with his ability to win on the boundary with surprising quickness and the ability to win jump-ball situations by attacking the ball with strong hands.
If you need a guy to help take advantage of one-on-one situations both down the field and in the red zone, Etta-Tawo is a guy I’d take a shot on in the fourth round or later. That is, of course, if he’s still available.
