2-Team 6-Point Teaser; Saints -3, Ravens -1 (-110): The New Orleans Saints are clicking at the right time, and I never truly believed that Drew Brees was actually washed up. Taysom Hill has been electric and a huge change of pace, especially when the Saints need it the most and against a struggling San Francisco 49ers team. I expect New Orleans to dig into their bag of tricks.

The Baltimore Ravens head to Foxborough for this week’s Sunday night game, which usually would be a huge recipe for disaster. But this year’s New England Patriots team just isn’t that good. The Ravens have been quietly cruising through the season this far, and after clicking on all cylinders in the second half last week against the Indianapolis Colts, I expect that momentum to carry over into Sunday night’s matchup.

Eagles -4 (-110): I truly believe the Philadelphia Eagles are the best team in the NFC East, and I think this is a game they know they absolutely need to win. The New York Giants have put up a fight in the worst division in football, but at the end of the day they are what they are, and you have to think the Eagles have underachieved so far this season. My biggest concern with this one is a 3-point win, but I’m trusting my gut and rolling with Philadelphia.

Dolphins -1.5 (-110): So it turns out the Miami Dolphins are actually a pretty good football team this year. I was a little confused when they put Tua Tagovailoa in while Ryan Fitzpatrick was still rolling, but from a fan’s point of view this rookie matchup against Justin Herbert was more than enough of a reason. This Dolphins defensive unit is for real and has turned me into a believer, but more than anything else, the Chargers just always find a way to lose. This game will probably be close, but I trust Miami to pull it off, especially with no Joey Bosa.

Seahawks/Rams Over 54 (-110): Not only are the Seahawks scoring over 34 points per game so far this year, they are also allowing over 30. And the fact that Sean McVay has an extra week to plan against them tells me that this game should have some points. The Rams defense is actually not bad and worries me a little bit with a total this high, but I believe that Russell Wilson and their trash defense will get this one over the 54 mark.

2-Team 6-Point Teaser; Bills/Cardinals Over 50, Saints/49ers Over 43 (-110): I really contemplated teasing Joey Covers (Joe Burrow) to 13 against the Steelers, but I would rather just cheer for a clean Pittsburgh Steelers win in that one, so I needed to find another teasable game. When I looked at the Bills-Cardinals game I thought to myself this is an easy over, but the number factored in enough points to scare me away from jumping all over it. With that said, getting 6 points on a tease should be enough to get this game over 50.

As for the Saints-49ers, I’m continuing a betting trend I started a little while ago in which I’ve been taking overs in the quiet indoor stadiums. The Superdome won’t be rocking and the indoor weather will be perfect for points, so expect whoever is throwing the ball for the 49ers to get this one over the 43 mark against the 30+ points I expect the Saints to put up.

Degenerates

Raiders -4 (-110): Alright, I’m starting to believe in the Las Vegas Raiders a little bit. They play hard every week and have been able to play from ahead in quite a few of their games. This week they go up against a Denver Broncos team that I really don’t trust away from Mile High. Derek Carr is starting to creep up into MVP talks, and if he plays like he has of late, it’s no fluke. Look for the Raiders to try to make a statement in this one.

Browns -3.5 (-110): With Nick Chubb coming back against this mediocre at best Houston Texans team, I believe in Baker Mayfield to put up enough points to get this one over the 3.5 mark. The Cleveland Browns have been a little bit of a rollercoaster so far this year, but one thing they have been able to do is beat the bad teams — and quite honestly that’s what this Houston team is. If Cleveland is for real, they will have to pull away from this one by more than a field goal. I believe in them, especially after a week off.

Bills +2.5 (-110): If the same Buffalo team that showed up last week brings that same energy to Arizona, the Cardinals are going to have a long day. When I saw the Bills as an underdog, I thought it could be a trap, but Josh Allen is for real and Buffalo literally just saw the best version of Kyler Murray in Russell Wilson just a week ago. Look for the Bills to show everyone that last week wasn’t a fluke and this team is for real heading into late November.

The Masters – The Field (+260): Although it’s looking like Dustin Johnson is going to pull away on Sunday, he is known for collapsing in majors. All it takes is one of the 8-10 guys in range to have an insane day matched with DJ’s struggles so +260 is just a fun play for the background of NFL Sunday.
