What better way for the Gophers to win their first road game than with a clutch three-pointer before the buzzer?

Heading into Ohio State — a place the Gophers hadn’t won since 2005 — Minnesota was 0-6 in true road games. Trailing by 11 early in the second half with their star big man Daniel Oturu struggling, it looked like more of the same for the Maroon and Gold. But the Gophers chipped away at the deficit and tied the game with under a minute to go on Marcus Carr’s driving layup.

Carr snared a defensive rebound on the ensuing possession and, with 3.3 seconds to go, hit the Gophers’ biggest shot of the season.

After finishing with 35 points in the teams’ first meeting, Carr ended the game with 21 as the Gophers moved to 5-4 in the tightly-packed Big Ten.

Here are the full highlights from Minnesota’s comeback victory.
