NFL (2 Units) 2 Team 6 Point Teaser; Dallas Cowboys +3, Kansas City Chiefs -1 (-120):
It’s time for another “Tiny Teaser.” I wagered a butt tattoo on my podcast on this game so I’m not gonna lie, I really need the Cowboys to win. I also have to acknowledge that I’m aware of how hard it is to beat the Patriots in Foxborough, but with 3 points cushion, it’s simply too good to pass on for a team that’s absolutely rolling right now like the Cowboys are. The Cowboys are 4-1 on the season but 5-0 against the spread and I just don’t see Mac Jones being able to keep up with MVP candidate Dak Prescott and this lethal Cowboys offense.
As for the second game of this teaser, I won’t lie here, the Chiefs have a horrible defense. And it makes me uncomfortable taking them ATS. But let’s be real, they need to win this game. Patrick Mahomes knows he can’t afford to take another loss, especially against Taylor Heinicke and the struggling Washington Football Team. The WFT’s defense has also performed well below expectations which won’t help their cause against Pat Mahomes, Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce and Co. Roll with the Chiefs here.
NFL (1 Unit) Chargers/Ravens Over 51 (-110): 12 PM CT on CBS
Welp, I couldn’t help but hit an over on this joyous NFL Sunday. Lamar Jackson has somehow kept his MVP bid alive in miraculous fashion and has been moving the ball well lately, especially when he has to. And against Justin Herbert, he’s going to have to. I expect these two stars to push each other en route to a relatively easy over. I also like the Chargers as an underdog here, but not enough to make a pick of it. All bets aside, this is the game I’m the most excited to watch today — bedsides my beloved Dallas Cowboys of course.
NFL (0.75 Unit) Miami Dolphins -3 Vs Jacksonville Jaguars (-110): 8:30 AM CT on Fox
Two words: Tua Tagovailoa. No, seriously. Jacoby Brissett was that bad in Tua’s absence and the Jaguars are on the schedule just in time for a tune-up for this Miami Dolphins team. The Dolphins really are much better than the Jaguars and in a neutral site London game it’s not a real road game for Miami. It’s now or never for the Dolphins and it’s clearly never for Urban Meyer and the Jags so I’ll take my chances on this short number in some early morning NFL action.
NFL (1 Unit) 2 Team 6 Point Teaser: Packers PK, Rams -2 (-120):
Let’s keep this one simple, Aaron Rodgers owns the Bears. The Packers are once again rolling despite their kicker having a nightmare game last week. Hopefully, Mason Crosby can get back on track and the Packers don’t need him again this week to win a game against rookie Justin Fields and the Bears.
The Rams have seen this spread from -10 to -8 since the news came out of Daniel Jones being back as the starter after getting taken out with concussion symptoms against Dallas last week. But let’s be real, Daniel Jones doesn’t scare me with a teased-down spread of 2, especially with no Saquon Barkley, so I’m gonna take my chances and roll with Matthew Stafford and the Rams in New York.
