One of the most discussed positions over the last handful of years on the Minnesota Vikings has been the third wide receiver position. They haven’t been able to put anything of meaning in that spot since Jarius Wright.
While fans clamored for Larry Fitzgerald it seemed like the team was going to stick to their old ways of using a draft pick to fill the spot.
At least up until a couple of hours ago.
Free agent speedster Dede Westbrook took to his Instagram story to post that he was in Minneapolis and very clearly on his way to TCO.
Is this for another workout? Or to be officially signed? Nobody knows. But the purple faithful who have been clamoring for a capable third receiver should be cheering at the top of their lungs.
