After getting back on the winning track yesterday, I’m relatively comfortable getting back to basics today. I will never fade Tom Brady in the divisional round for obvious reasons. The guy has basically owned it in whichever conference he’s played in since he came into the league over 20 years ago. Pair that with the fact that I’m not a Matthew Stafford believer and this short spread is too good to pass on. I’m aware the Bucs have had to deal with injuries but Brady to Evans has been lethal when needed. Brady and the Bucs find a way to get it done today against a good Rams defense en route to another conference championship.

The Chiefs have been my pick to come out of the AFC all season long, and with home-field advantage at Arrowhead, I’m not about to change that. I’m completely aware that when these two teams squared off earlier this season the Bills put a beat down on the Chiefs, but that doesn’t scare me today. These are different teams than they were months ago, although both are trending in the right direction. I truly feel like this spread would be bigger if it wasn’t for the beat down the Bills put on a fraud New England Patriots team last week, so I’m not going to drink the Buffalo Kool-Aid. This game will by no means be an easy win for the Chiefs but home-field advantage and Patrick Mahomes? Also, perfect weather for what should be a fun aerial attack? Say no more.
