A tall, lanky pass rusher from LSU: Sound familiar?

Some NFL team will be crossing their fingers that Arden Key works out as well as the Vikings’ Danielle Hunter, but there are a few more red flags with Key.

He took a mysterious leave of absence from the LSU program in the spring of 2017 and reportedly received treatment for an undisclosed issue. Key then battled through shoulder, hand and knee injuries during his junior season, though he still managed to earn his second first-team All-SEC distinction.

Key’s 11-sack sophomore season was the real head-turner, though.

The interview process before the draft will likely make or break Key, who has to alleviate any anxiety about his controversial 2017.
