Like the Vikings’ Pat Elflein, Michael Jordan started at guard and moved to center at Ohio State, where he had a successful three-year career. Jordan was a rare true freshman starter for the Buckeyes and didn’t miss a game over the next three seasons. Showed great improvement in pass-protection over his career but not as much as a run-blocker. Displayed great explosive traits at the combine. His interior flexibility gives this M.J. plenty of pro potential.

Jordan has rare height for a center but has easy flexibility in his hips, knees and ankles, allowing him to man the position. He’s a little lazy with his hands and might not move well enough for teams asking their interior linemen to get out in space. His 2017 guard tape might be more appealing to teams as he flashed as a drive-blocker.
