Twins and Delaware North Sportservice Announce 2016 Food and Beverage Offerings

The Minnesota Twins and Delaware North Sportservice – the team’s exclusive food, beverage and retail partner – today announced a variety of new menu offerings to be served during the 2016 Major League Baseball season at Target Field.

Minnie & Paul’s, a Twins-themed pub located under the ballpark’s iconic center field celebration sign, will feature Minnesota-branded food options while serving as a stylish gathering space for fans of all ages.

Among the new partners are local favorites Pizza Lucé – which will be offering its award-winning pizzas, including a variety of gluten-free and vegan options – and Red Cow, which will serve its signature poutine as well as three of its innovative burger concepts, including their award-winning Turkey Burger, named among USA Today’s Top 10 Turkey Burgers in the country.

Also new to the ballpark is the Hot Pretzel Bites & Brews cart (Section 101), which will serve three varieties of fresh pretzel bites. The savory pretzel bites are seasoned and topped with a rich beef gravy and then sprinkled with Monterey jack cheese.

For those with a sweet tooth, the sweet pretzel bites are finished with macerated berries, a Nutella sauce and a dollop of fresh whipped cream. The local pretzel bites are smothered in a luscious homemade Summit beer cheese sauce, topped with candied bacon and dusted with a hint of cayenne pepper.

Additional new offerings include:

Fans can look for a true Loon Café experience (portable near Section 101) that will include a pair of signature items: Pecos River Red Chili (topped with sour cream, green onions and shredded cheese, and served with a side of Texas toast) and the Grape Ape, a signature cocktail featuring Pinnacle Citron and Buddy’s Grape Soda.

Hrbek’s (Section 114/Gate 14) will feature a new signature drink – the Buffalo Chicken Bloody Mary, which boasts a chicken wing, celery, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, a pepperoni stick, a pepperoncini and an olive. The drink can be upgraded with the addition of a burger slider.

Senor Smokes (Sections 105 and 205) will now serve two types of burritos by local favorite Barrio – a vegetarian option and one featuring barbacoa.

Northshore Creamery (Sections 109, 118, 126, 131, 205, 219, 232 and K) will now offer Izzy’s Soft Serve.
Izzabella! Gelato by Izzy’s will be available near Sections 119 and 202.

Hot Indian Foods (Section 120) added a Mango Lassi – a refreshing yogurt-based drink, complete with fresh mangoes and spices.
