Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for partially used months or years, as applicable. If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or DinkyTown, LLC, dba Zone Coverage is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, Zone Coverage reserves the right to revoke access to your Zone Coverage account.

If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the Zone Coverage constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.

Refunds

You may cancel your Zone Coverage subscription at any time; however, refunds for cancellation will not be prorated; if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you have access to your Zone Coverage subscription for the remainder of the billing cycle and your access will terminate at the end of that billing cycle.  In the event that Zone Coverage suspends or terminates your account due to your breach of this Agreement, you understand and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.  Minimum term commitments are required to receive member benefits. A monthly subscription plan requires two month commitment, an annual subscription plan requires 4 month commitment, and a two year subscription plan requires 6 month commitment so if you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the minimum period, you will be billed for the balance of the minimum period.

Price Adjustment Policy

If the subscription price for the type of subscription plan you purchased (monthly, annual or two-year) is reduced in price within 7 days of when you purchased it, we’ll refund the difference in price when you present a screenshot of the new offer. Please note: You must contact customer service at support@zonecoverage.com to request a price adjustment while the item is still at the further reduced price. Price adjustments do not apply to “flash sale” promotions that are only available to the first X number of sign-ups. Only one price adjustment can be granted for a subscription period.

Trials

Zone Coverage may offer a risk-free trial subscription from time-to-time. Trials require a valid credit card to be started. A temporary authorization may be placed on the credit card to assess its validity. This authorization will be removed after 24-48 hours, but may vary by bank.

Trials may be cancelled at any time before they expire. When a trial expires and if the trial has not been cancelled by the subscriber, the credit card will be charged for the plan selected at the onset of the trial. Once a charge is made, there is no refund available and the account is treated a subscription.

Promotions

Zone Coverage may offer discounted subscriptions from time to time. Unless otherwise, noted, the promotional price is only available for the first year, after which regular pricing will apply.

Currency

Zone Coverage offers subscription plans in United States Dollars. The currency of a subscription cannot be changed.
