The Minnesota Twins announced tonight that they have reinstated left-handed pitcher Fernando Abad from the Bereavement List and optioned left-handed pitcher Taylor Rogers to Triple-A Rochester.
Abad has made five appearances out of the bullpen this season, tossing 4.1 scoreless innings with one hit and two walks while striking out four. He missed three games while on the Bereavement List.
