Twins Trade Arcia to Tampa Bay Rays

The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have traded outfielder Oswaldo Arcia to the Tampa Bay Rays in exchange for a player to be named later or cash.  Arcia was designated for release or assignment on June 16.

Originally signed by the Twins in 2007, Arcia played in parts of four seasons with the Twins hitting a career .240 (212-for-884) with 40 home runs and 120 RBI in 251 games.
