It was a mixed bag of emotions after Sunday’s 29-29 tie with the Green Bay Packers — a game that could have been lost or win on several different plays.
“In some ways I’m ticked off that we didn’t win the game,” said head coach Mike Zimmer. “In some ways I’m thinking, ‘Well, maybe this tie will help us down the road. It’s way better than a loss. But you come on the road, you play a really good football team, guys play their rear ends off, have a chance to win at the end and you don’t get it done.”
Here are some extended remarks from Zimmer, Kirk Cousins, Daniel Carlson and more after Sunday’s wild finish.

Everson Griffen had a unique view of the tie: “Tie goes to the runner, and we’re the runner, so I’m going to take the W.”
