Minnesota Timberwolves Preseason Guide 2019-20

It has nearly been six full months since the Minnesota Timberwolves have played a regular season basketball game. But it’s not as if it has been a quiet half-year. Gersson Rosas was hired to steer the Wolves ship as the new president of basketball operations on May 1st, and since then the majority of the organization has been reconstructed. You know the story… A promoted head coach… a revamped front office… and the outlining of something that looks like a positive culture.

But it is the players who will be determining what transpires on the floor. And there has been just as much meaningful change to the roster as there has been to any other corner of the organization. With eight new faces on the 15-man roster this season, we thought it would be a good idea to get to know each player, and what they bring to the table, on an individual basis.

To do that we have 15 player profiles that makeup our Timberwolves Preseason Guide here at Zone Coverage. Click around from player-to-player to find a synopsis of each player’s strengths, weaknesses and statistical profile. Also: Within each player’s profile, we will be adding connections to each story we write throughout the preseason that relates to that individual. Think of this as your living-and-breathing Timberwolves Preseason Magazine.
