Willi Castro is headed to the All-Star Game next week as a replacement for Jose Altuve, who’ll be replaced himself by Marcus Semien in the starting lineup. Castro’s story is that of perseverance, as he was signed to a minor-league deal last spring and was one of the last players to make the team.
