It’s hard to believe now, but Connor Williams was relentlessly bullied growing up as an oversized pre-teen. Now, he’s taking it out on defensive linemen as one of the premier tackle prospects in the draft at 6-foot-6, 315 pounds.
Williams dealt with a knee injury his junior season but battled back to play in games at the end of the season instead of packing it in to get ready for the draft. He started at left tackle the previous two seasons, paving the way for D’Onta Foreman in the run game.
He’ll have to prove to teams he can regain his 2016 form after his injury-plagued 2017.
