The Minnesota Lynx announced Monday afternoon that they have added a familiar face to their roster.

In anticipation of the start of training camp in little over a month, the Lynx have signed forward Breanna Richardson to a training camp deal.

Many Minnesota fans may recognize Richardson from last preseason, as she took part in training camp and appeared in two preseason games with the Lynx a season ago.

In the two preseason games, the 6-foot-1 forward averaged five points and two rebounds in 16.5 minutes per contest.

After being cut by the Lynx prior to the start of the 2017 season, Richardson continued her playing career overseas. Currently, she is playing for Bnot Hertzeliya in Isreal, where she has averaged 13.9 points, seven rebounds and two assists in 20 games.

The Mississippi State graduate will join Minnesota once again in training camp this season, providing the Lynx with some more depth at forward as they try to continue to fill out their roster before preseason play begins.
