Rich Eisen Gives Packers Front Office Much Deserved Vindication

The Green Bay Packers organization took what seemed like a record amount of criticism during the 2021 offseason. As the Aaron Rodgers drama raged on, anyone with a show, column, blog or Twitter account picked up their torches and tried to burn the Green and Gold front office to the ground.

Now, as the Packers sit at 9-3 in firm control of the NFC North and as one of the odds-on favorites to go to the Superbowl those same people are changing their tunes. Last week we discussed Peter King’s reversal on Brian Gutekunst and now we can add Rich Eisen to that list.

On his popular radio show Eisen spent nearly five minutes showering the Packers with compliments and insisted they had the best GM/coach/quarterback combination in the entire NFL.

You can watch the full 5 minutes right here:

Although the Jordan Love pick will likely remain a frustration for most Packers fans, the AJ Dillon pick is looking smarter and smarter by the day. When Aaron Jones returns Green Bay will have another proven weapon for their Super Bowl push.

Who knows what next offseason will bring, and the national media will surely try to continue to push the “Aaron Rodgers is leaving” narrative, but as more and more people begin to realize what Rich Eisen has, they will realize that there are few better situations in the NFL for a superstar quarterback than the Green Bay Packers.
