Degenerates
Hawaii/Wyoming over 60 (-110): On a day with few options, college football has become the highlight of sports on a Friday night — meaning we couldn’t not bet on it. This total has inflated since opening, attracting a lot of sharp action, but I still like it at less than the key 63 number in this one.
The reason is a major change in style for Wyoming. They’ve recently been a team you’d see in a lot of low scoring affairs, but they don’t have those same defensive pieces as evidenced by their 37-34 shootout last week. I also like Levi Williams, their freshman QB who took over in that game, who reminds me a bit of the Josh Allen days in Laramie.
On the other side, Hawaii and dual-threat QB Chevan Cordeiro can still score with the best of them, and haven’t done anything to improve last year’s bottom feeding defense. Hawaii players won’t like how it feels to get hit in these cold temperatures, so Wyoming should be able to run through them into the end zone plenty of times.

Every day he will offer his Locks and Degenerate picks. Locks are the games he’s confident in. Degenerates are entertaining, but riskier picks.
