I’m aware that it looks pretty funny taking the New Orleans Pelicans over the reigning champion Los Angeles Lakers but hear me out. Without Anthony Davis and LeBron James, the Lakers have one of the worst rosters in the NBA. In their last game without the dynamic duo they lost by 17, and I don’t see anything different happening tonight.
As long as Zion Williamson plays for New Orleans tonight the Pelicans should be able to take care of a short-handed Los Angeles squad on national TV.
