NBA Nets Over 108.5 (-110): 7:30 PM CT on TNT
This was a tough one for me to decide between the Nets ML and the Nets team over but the home crowd energy should push the Nets over this total once again. In their three home games this series they are 3-0 to this total including a game in which James Harden and Kyrie Irving were both out due to injury. Harden is still hobbled but will play while Irving is still out bringing this total to a number that I feel is attainable. This series has been weird so far but if there’s been one consistency it’s been the Nets scoring on their home court.
MLB Indians ML (-125) @ Pirates: 3:30 PM CT
Well, the Pirates finally snapped their 10-game losing streak in a game that they still somehow almost blew after leading by nine runs yesterday. This Pittsburgh Pirates team is just horrible and I’m not going to count on Wil Crowe (6.81 ERA) to change that narrative against a good Cleveland team today. Pay the juice and look for Cleveland to take care of business in this Saturday afternoon matchup in what should be the start to another Pirates losing streak.
